​A treatment tailored to specifically alleviate areas of tension and stress. Dry body brushing is used to stimulate circulation and detox. Heat is applied and you are wrapped in a duvet to keep warm. An oil is selected and a choice of light, medium or firm pressure is customised to your individual needs.

​This treatment is a great reward after a long week, a unique full body treatment tailored to your individual requirements. It begins with dry body brushing to stimulate circulation and detox. Heat is applied and you are wrapped in a duvet for complete relaxation. Stress Therapy Scalp
​A treatment to reduce stress and tension, aid relaxation, restore balance to the body’s natural systems, detoxify and provide relief from a wide range of common complaints. A warm blend of essential oils are used along with a variety of massage techniques, reducing muscle tension to encourage the removal of toxins whilst working on pressure points help to relieve nervous tension and stress.

​This treatment is great to sooth every aching muscle pre and post natal. A unique full body treatment tailored for your comfort, the massage table can be adjusted, pillows added and heat is applied (if required!) A choice of light, medium or firm pressure will be customised to you. Starting with the scalp, neck and shoulders, followed with your arms, hand, legs & feet, if comfortable your lower back can be massaged with you laying on your side.

Deep Tissue
​Specifically designed for injuries or extremely tight and knotted muscles. A variety of movements using palms, thumbs and elbows are applied to smooth out knots, repair muscles and stimulate toxins out of the body. Overall it is a firmer massage which penetrates deeper into specific areas of the body that require treatment. Not advisable during pregnancy.
